ACQUISITION OF PADS

Our first and foremost task is acquiring and stockpiling sanitary pads. We have an all-out approach of soliciting to whomever is interested in supporting a just cause. As a not-for-profit organization, we accept donations that go into acquisition of sanitary pads as well as accept sanitary pads as donations. We have designated centers for collation of the sanitary pads and periodically do charity drives and wellness meet to create awareness of our resolve to combat this social problem

SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION

The impact that we sort to create in Nigeria is highly dependent on this stage as the Sanitary Pads collated have to be shipped to Nigeria and distributed accordingly to meet up with our set standards and goals. We have a pilot store front at the Eke Ubaha Market square with dedicated staff that provides seamless access to these sanitary pads to the Girls. They also serve as front line  resource for the Girls in any situation that might arise from usage and post usage. Our ground volunteer staff teaches them on proper usage and disposal techniques. At the moment ,it also serves the neighboring towns and in the very near future,we intend to have flagship stores in major village squares to serve the Underage Girls. 

ASSESSMENT AND TRACKING

We have a simple tracking system where we check off a list whenever a young girl enlisted in the program completes a monthly task of picking up her Sanitary pads. We anticipate them to come back the upcoming month and as such set reminders by way of phone calls if available or personal reminders by our volunteer staff. We also strive for compliance in this area by adding positive reinforcement measures that reward them for a completion of monthly task. These rewards are calculated and offset a set levy in school. 

Our simple tracking also sets off simple pointers to impeding issues. Issues ranging from increased blood flow as evidenced when they request for more pads to unwanted pregnancy and associated causes when they fail compliance. We serve as a mini monitor to check up on our girls and proactively chaperone them to the desired model Woman they are required of.
